Job title: Customer Services Specialist (For digital products)
Location: Shenzhen, Futian District
Position: 3~4 person
Responsibilities:
1. Mainly responsible for clients from Australia and Europe.
2. Responding to calls and email regarding the product (such as product introduction and product consultation )
3. Providing good pre-launch and after-sales services and placing orders with the system
Requirements:
1. Age 18 – 35
2. Associate degree or above with major in external trading , electronic industry or computer technology .
3. With a minimum of 1 years' relevant experience in customer service will be preferred.
4. Excellent English communication and writng skills, Fluent speaking Cantonese is an advantage.
5. A good sense of responsibility; Be patient and service-oriented.
6. Able to work under pressure and with good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Shift duty is required
8. Welcome graduates with good English skills.
Salaries and Compensations:
2K~5K/per month + Catering/Transportation/Night Shift allowance + KPI bonus
Totally around 3K~7K/ per month
