Position: Intern –
Information Technology Services Department
Location: Shenzhen or Guangzhou
Major Responsibilities:
. Assist in desktop, laptop operating system and application problem resolution,
video conferencing facility setup;
. Participate in desktop, laptop operating system configuration environment testing,
security patch management and software refresh;
. Identify, manage, and resolve connectivity and usage issues encountered by end
users on office IT facilities;
. Collaborate with other technology team members on problem diagnosis and
technology testing assignment;
. Maintain support procedure documentation for communicate with other team
members.
Requirements:
. Major in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred, must be a full-time student
in university;
. Hands-on administration knowledge on Windows OS and Windows servers OS;
. A team player, self-motivated and interested on technology;
. Good interpersonal and communication skills;
. Internship period: March to year end of 2012.
