Overall Goal
To assist consultant to effectively service the recruitment needs of all customers, with a particular focus on search strategy, market mapping, candidate research and screening.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Management
Implement strategies to identify and source relevant candidates (create search list and map the market)
Thorough assessment and validation of candidate skills, ambitions and abilities through cold call, interviewing, testing(whereappropriate)and reference checking
Maximize opportunities to provide career management and planning advice specific to candidates
Initiate, build and maintain relationships with candidates by ensuring regular contact
Conduct candidate searches on the system and make recommendations to consulting staff on suitable candidates
Provide back-up liaison to clients and effectively deal with their enquiries when the lead consultantis not available
SystemMaintenance
Input and maintain candidate files on the database and ensure status, availability, coding and interview feedback is always updated
Ensure client details on the system are correct and current
Conduct candidate searches on the system to source relevant candidates and make recommendations to consulting staff about suitability of these candidates for currentlive jobs
Follow upon specific company advertisements and advise relevant consultants about competition and potential leads
Requirement
1.University degree or above
2.Work experience in HR or consulting area is preferable
4.Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
5.Open-minded, excellent communication skill and easy to cooperate
6.Smart, diligent and willing to learn
7.Good sense of business, professional service
8.Good priority management skill as well as time management skill and having ability in self-management
9.Good in written&spoken English and good computer literacy
