戴科彬毕业于中山大学岭南学院金融系， 现任万仕道（北京）管理咨询有限公司创始人兼首席执行官， 该公司以人才的职业发展、 高端职位、 面试等为主要业务， 总部位于北京， 在上海和广州设有分公司。 戴科彬曾服务于世界最大的消费品公司、 世界500强企业P&G，任广州宝洁有限公司市场部品牌经理， 管理佳洁士、欧乐B等口腔护理品牌， 带领团队成功整合了宝洁牙刷品牌在中国的发展， 建立了一套有效的品牌发展机制。 而整合后的创新概念推出的牙刷产品：“太极刷” 更被宝洁全球广泛推广应用， 并获得宝洁公司颁发的“品牌创新奖”。 在宝洁的五年品牌管理经验中， 还带领了碧浪洗衣粉团队成功地将业绩翻了一倍， 实现了赢利， 获得宝洁公司颁发的生意发展突破“龙奖”。 而在护舒宝品牌的工作中， 更具突破创新地带领团队把品牌在女青少年群体中成功的推广， 并获得宝洁公司大中华区“品牌推广创新金奖”， 而同年， 作为品牌领导团队的重要一员， 护舒宝品牌团队还获得了当年大中华区的最高奖项：“2007年度总裁奖”。 此外， 戴科彬曾担任宝洁公司市场部的广州招聘组面试官， 对大学生的面试技巧， 职业生涯， 职业发展设计等有丰富的经验， 授课团队中还包括在世界500强企业里担任人力资源经理职务的老师。

第一部分： 如何为步入社会而做好准备？
1) Your expectation & What can this course offer & does not offer (discussion + summary)
2) What’s a good job (concept), have realistic expectations on your first job (1 story from classmate, 1 successful story), be confident about your competitiveness (course introduction)
3) What do you want from life/long term career planning (identification exercise +sharing)
4) How to choose career direction (salary, environment, big name company, etc.: sharing+ discussion)

第二部分： 简历与面试准备以及其技巧
1) What’s interview about/not about?
2) Interview/CV related preparation, tips
3) Steps: pre-test, post-test and pre-interview, in interview, post interview, post offer, interview types
4) HR vs. candidates
5) Interviewer vs. interviewee: interviewer assessment points
6) Interview case studies & team discussion

第三部分： 如何在学校中获得经验为将来的职位打基础？ Campus experience preparation: (case sharing)
1) What and how to prepare yourself in 3 years for employability (non-replaceable capability) in time frame: communication, logic, English, public speaking, leadership & collaboration (success drivers), personality understanding and polish, experience
2) Countdown: last year preparation (by month)
3) What kind of internship and what to learn (5-8 steps ahead)
