Yes,"practice"is a N,and "practise" may be the right word. I t is a V
It can be vi or vt.....

take it easy ...it's not a big deal.....in Britain ,,people also use pracitce as a verb...
English is changing...humour=humor....people use "humor" more often...even the IELTS TEXT...uses "humor"..."humour"is sinking ......

it is no doubt that english is changing.people create many new words every year bacause english speakers find that they can't name some newborn things using the exsiting vocabulary.
but as a student majoring in english, i think it is better for me to be strict.
although IELTS accept AmE Like"homor",it only means that there are less and less differences between AmE and BrE.maybe one that, AmE and BrE will be the same, but that day hasn't come.

I hold the same attitude as 误入.
We should admit that differences exsisted.
However,we can be less critical when we communicate while we insist some principle in language learning.
In order to encourage people to speak English,I suggest we create several topics for catting~
