Through a three-year development programme with placements and attachments in
different divisions, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Club’
s core businesses, i.e. Racing, Betting, Membership and Charities. We will be
providing you with excellent learning and development opportunities. Our struc
tured development programme framework comprises a wide range of training oppor
tunities through workshops, stretch assignments, overseas training and project
exposure, action-learning projects, mentoring, performance reviews and manage
ment presentations. The aim is to enhance your business exposure and to streng
then your management skills and professional knowledge.
After a three-year programme, you will be able to pursue your personal career
aspirations in entry-level management, in supervisory positions, or in the pro
fessional and technical streams of the Club.
